The Mews had it's first exhibition in April 2009 in a generator powered outdoor building at the back of the newly refurbished Whitechapel Art Gallery. The responsibles for the organization and for the program of the project are Carlos, Mikael and Nuno. Their first project as The Mews is a series of one day exhibitions.
